Family Medicine Advanced Practice opportunity in Somers, Connecticut.

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group seeks a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established outpatient practice in Somers, Connecticut. 

In this full-time opportunity, you will be joining a tight-knit family practice team alongside a dedicated support staff and a board-certified Family Medicine Physician. Here you will be able to provide the full spectrum of primary care services for patients ranging from newborn to 103 years old. This outpatient practice has developed strong relationships with community specialists and, as part of the greater Trinity Health Of New England system, we can easily connect our patients to world-class specialty services within our vast network through an integrated electronic health records system. In this role, you will be able to enjoy a set Monday-Friday schedule with no hospital call requirements while you experience rewarding opportunities to heal patients at every point in their lives. Experience in Family Medicine is preferred but we are willing to train new graduates.

Practicing in the small town of Somers, Connecticut on the border of Massachusetts puts you in one of the best places to live in Connecticut.
